Paper Presentation

  • English will be the main language of the conference.

  • Abstracts must be sent to the Secretariat on or before 30 August 2005. Presenters who receive travel grants are required to submit their full papers on or before 30 October 2005. 

  • Paper presentation should run no longer than 15-20 minutes excluding the open forum. Please adhere to the stipulated time to ensure a smooth program. 

  • For presenters who will use audio-visual equipment, please inform the Secretariat of your equipment requirements on or before 15 November 2005. The Secretariat cannot guarantee accommodating late requests. 

  • Papers received before 15 November 2005 will be reproduced by the Secretariat and will be included in the conference kit. For those who do not  meet the deadline, please reproduce your paper should you wish to distribute it during the conference. Photocopying services will be available at the hotel business center. 

On-site Registration Counters and Reimbursement Schedule  

  • On-site registration counters will be open on the following dates and time: 
    7 December Hotel Lobby 1:00-5:00 p.m.
    8-9 December Main Meeting Room 1 Lobby 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

  • Recipients of travel grants may also claim their funds on these dates. Please bring the original invoice and receipt from travel agency and photocopy of your air tickets to obtain reimbursements of your airfare. 

Conference Identification Card

  • Each participant will be provided with conference identification card, which must be worn during the conference to gain entry to sessions and functions. 

Meals and Function

  • Please present your meal stub (in conference kit) to hotel staff to gain entry to the lunch venue. 

  • For the welcome dinner, please bring your invitation card.
